This morning, Saturday, April 11, I woke up feeling very calm. Then, tuning into the energy of the day, I seemed to sense a collective shift and I became a little teary. Whew. Has this ever happened to you? You feel emotional - perhaps a whole plethora of emotions - and you somehow know this is all bigger than just you?
I recalled my conversation with Cal Garrison (http://calgarrison.com) a few weeks ago, in which she suggested I review the last decade of my life, as this year was the beginning of a brand new cycle and I needed to let go of what no longer serves me. We also had a long conversation about how the collective, too, is ready to release the 'old,' in order to embrace the 'new.' What does that mean, really? To release?
C.J. Jung states that: "What is not brought to consciousness, comes to us as fate."
For the past six years, I have been working with an Angelic Collective that has assisted me in recognizing patterns and clearing (releasing) them. The protocol They provided has evolved and changed over the years, as I (and those who show up for this Clearing) have acknowledged and released emotions and frequencies that had been passed on ancestrally and held in our DNA.
I am honored and grateful to do this work, attempting to be the change I wish to see in the world.
We are healing bloodlines and dis-ease. We are making a difference individually and collectively.
It is not always easy to acknowledge the uncomfortable emotions that arise.
For years I believed that if I didn't go into judgment, there was no need for forgiveness. Intellectually, this made sense. And yet, energetically and emotionally, there is more to the equation.
This is why I chose this beautiful thought from MarkTwain: 'Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it.'
(I know, I know...these are not violets. They are sweet little crocuses!)
That said, I do hope that we can lean into forgiveness, recognizing when we need to forgive others and - just as important - when and how we can forgive ourselves! When we do, we are honoring our bodies - energetically, emotionally and physically.
Forgiveness is one way to clear out the frequencies that no longer serve, in order to make room for the love and light we need in the world right now.
