It was so lovely to wake to the rooster crowing and see sunshine this Monday, April 6.
Have you found that your burdens feel a little easier to carry, interactions are a bit more harmonious and even this current situation seems lighter - when the sun is shining?
It feels even better after contrasting dark, gloomy days. The Beatles nailed it with their hit: Here Comes the Sun, didn't they? It really is going to be alright.
This past weekend was an emotional rollercoaster for a number of folks that called me to check-in.
And knowing how much to share - and also what NOT to share - is always a bit of a trick.
Sometimes I forget that not everyone has the same ability to hold extremes: Cold and warm, dark and light, etc. (For instance - just think about all folks who live in or travel to sunny states to avoid winter....)
So, let's talk about waking up in every sense of the phrase: Matrix-style. Remember the scene? Morpheus granting Neo the choice: the blue pill or the red pill...
There is a chance here to take the red pill and wake up to the fact that there is more to this current reality than we've been led to believe.
That said, once you know, you can't go back to NOT knowing.
It's why, when you want to clean house - you have to be willing to see the dirt.
After all, whether we choose to see it or not - we are all impacted by it as a collective on a sub-/un-conscious level.
